White Rock Springs Agate

This is an amazing designer cabochon cut from a White Rock Springs thunderegg. These eggs were mined in the Ochoco Mountains of central Oregon. I have been told, by a thunderegg expert, that not much of this egg was mined. RARE MATERIAL IN THIS QUALITY. This stone features an awesome red ribbon, in a background of VERY LIGHT Carnelian color. In hand,  the background color is much lighter than shown in the photo. Great contrast between the ribbon and the background. COLLECTOR QUALITY. Glass polish front and back. Graceful designer shape cut for the ribbon. SIZE: 42.3 x 23 x 4.7 MM.
